The Cooper House

The Cooper House is a 97,000 square foot mixed-use building in Santa Cruz, CA. Located at the site of a historic building destroyed in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, the 4.05 FAR mix of Class A office and retail in a downtown environment was achieved by working closely with the Santa Cruz Redevelopment Agency. The Cooper House is considered one of the most successful redevelopment projects in the City and has consistently been over 95% occupied since completion.
